Following Final Investment Decision for the Delfin LNG Project, we are strengthening our Oslo-based project execution organisation. We are looking for capable, curious and delivery-oriented professionals who want to contribute to the development and execution of large-scale floating LNG infrastructure from concept and engineering through construction, commissioning and operations readiness.

Key responsibilities and tasks
- Overall responsible for project execution of the project (or major part of the project) from engineering until commercial operations when formal hand-over to the O&M organization is done
- Build and manage the project execution team, including the pre-ops team and the site team
- Responsible for monitoring and supervision of the EPC contractors (shipyard, transit and on site), manage and execute the pre-operation work, supervise and/or execute (pre-)commissioning work and manage the O&M organization until hand-over
- Management of material project decisions by the project team, leadership and the owners
- Responsible for budget, cost and schedule control and overall performance of the project team
- Develop an organization that is highly competent, strong on collaboration, multi-disciplinary, pro-active and opportunity driven

Your background and skills
- Demonstrated experience as project director/manager for major floating energy projects
- Broad experience ranging from Engineering, Construction, Commissioning and Operations
- Minimum 20 years experience combined from international project management, engineering, construction and commissioning work
- Good leadership qualities and skills to manage a project team in Korea, Europe and the US
- Good understanding and experience of shipyard EPC contracts

- Manage and supervise (sub)contractors, suppliers, and vendors within assigned scope areas
- Support project development and EPC activities, including a.o.:
- Project mngt, engineering and interface management
- Pre-operations planning
- Regulatory compliance
- HSSEQ and E&S compliance
- Contribute to planning, coordination, risk management, progress follow-up, and technical decision-making throughout the project lifecycle
- Support the continued development and growth of the FLNG project team
- Collaborate effectively across engineering disciplines, project functions, and external stakeholders
Your background and skills
The ideal candidate combines strong technical competence with project and execution experience
- Minimum ~4 years of relevant experience from the LNG, FLNG, FPSO, offshore, or related energy and infrastructure industry
- Experience from project management, design, engineering or execution roles
- Experience managing or supervising (sub)contractors and vendors
- Experience from one or more project phases, such as FEED, engineering, execution, commissioning, or operations
- Experience from one or more execution areas, such as project management, operations planning, regulatory & E&S compliance, contracting, and/or business development support
- Experience with management or supervision of EPC contractors is desirable
- Strong competence within a core engineering discipline, combined with the strong ability to work effectively across disciplines and project functions using all-round skills
