Peter Bachofner, based in Zurich, Switzerland, has as Key Account Manager and Senior Consultant vast experience in establishing and implementing the solutions our clients need to be successful. Working hand in hand with our client's senior executives. Typical clients are Airbus Group, ESA, Hexagon Group, Swissport, and Zehnder Group. Peter focuses on Executive Search, Talent Advisory such as assessment and development centres, and serves as an active member of Mercuri Urval´s International Bid Office (IBO).
Prior to joining Mercuri Urval, Peter served as Station & Managing Director of Swissair in various countries. Peter was previously Head of Global Key Account Management of Swisscargo and began his career as a management consultant with Mercuri Urval in 2001. Throughout his career, Peter has worked on both deal execution and the human capital side of the business collaborating with senior management teams on ongoing strategic, financial, and operating issues.
Peter is the President of the SGMI Alumni organisation and a member of the Swiss-Swedish Chamber of Commerce.
Peter earned an MBA at SGMI and speaks German, English, French and Swedish.
