Team Operations Coordinator

Johanna Korhonen has been with Mercuri Urval since 1988. First mainly based in our Tampere office. In 2013 she started to work in our Helsinki office as well, and currently she works in both offices.

In her role as Team Operations Coordinator, Johanna organises and administers our work with clients, candidates and partners. Although every day varies, some of the main tasks are to assist our Team Leaders to manage the office, book and coordinate assignments as well as support and administer client and market activities. She has also a role as Office SPOC Tampere. SPOCs coordinate and assist the Team Leaders in communication with HQ. Some of their main tasks are to ensure that the office is properly equipped, that the right material are used and that reports are delivered on time, review and confirm outgoing invoices and to manage communication with Central Talent, Central Finance and/or Shared Service Centre.
