Niklas Schirra has been working as Delivery Lead at MU since 2025, focusing on identifying and securing top management talent. Based in the Frankfurt office, he is a member of the Financial Services Practice Group.
Since 2020, he has specialized in sourcing and filling expert and leadership positions at financial services companies in the DACH region as well as establishing strategic partnerships within the industry. He is a trusted advisor to domestic and international banking, insurance, and broader financial service provider companies, ranging from the world’s largest credit institutions to smaller fintech start-ups.
Niklas brings strong expertise in permanent placement, as well as a solid knowledge of contracting on a project or interim basis. He has successfully placed candidates across all three lines of defense. This includes Audit, Risk & Compliance, Finance, Sales & Trading, Retail Banking, Corporate & Investment Banking, as well as Asset & Wealth Management.
Prior to working in recruitment, Niklas served as a Project Manager for a major change project at a business consultancy in Frankfurt.
Niklas graduated from accadis University of Applied Sciences in Bad Homburg with a degree in General Management (B.A.). He speaks German (native) and English (C1).
