Julia joined Mercuri Urval in Shanghai in November 2021 as Principal Consultant focusing on Executive Search and Leadership Advisory for global clients.
She was a former Global Accounts Director within the services industry, providing business support and advisory services to MNCs and SMEs; Management of market access programs in APAC; export promotion for the German government and industry; Human resources professional in both consultancy and in-house. Specialised in people management, export promotion and account management in global markets.
She obtained an MBA with a special focus on ‘Human Resources Management in Global Markets’ from Heriot-Watt University UK (Edinburgh Business School EBS). Additionally, she has a Psychology/ Macro-Economics degree from the University of Hamburg, Germany.
