We are very pleased to welcome Nils as a new Principal Consultant in our Berlin office.
Nils brings more than eleven years of experience in Executive & Professional Search and the hiring of key positions within the real estate and construction industry. Over the past five years, he has worked for a leading German consultancy, where he built a strong track record of supporting private and public companies in identifying and attracting the right leaders and professionals in the sector and beyond. At MU, Nils will be a core member of our Real Estate sub-practice.
He holds a diploma degree in Industrial Engineering & Economics from Brandenburgische Technische Universität Cottbus-Senftenberg, is Hogan certified and is also a certified project manager.
Outside of work, Nils enjoys spending time with his family and his Border Collie Hilde. In Nils' own words:
