Tobias is based in Vienna and has been with Mercuri Urval Austria since June 2024. He is a core team member in the Global Digital Transformation Practice and focuses on Executive Search and Global Talent Management Solutions. Tobias served in consultancy with an emphasis on Austria and the Adriatic region.
Prior to MU, Tobias was responsible for executive search mandates across Finance, HR, and IT functions, including board level appointments. Additionally, he played a pivotal role in establishing the IT Practice at a globally listed executive search firm.
Special deep knowledge and understanding on C-level management roles and selection and development of people in high calibre IT roles. Positive, determined and energetic person who convinces with genuine passion for his clients’ success.
Tobias holds a BA (Hons) in International Business from Heidelberg University and serves as an ESG Business Driver at Mercuri Urval.
