We are delighted to announce that a new consultant will be joining our Aarhus office on 1 January 2026: Line Renate Hanssen.
Line holds a Master’s degree and a PhD in Political Science from Aarhus University. Early in her academic journey, she developed a deep interest in leadership - an interest that has shaped her entire career. She has served as both a manager of employees and of leaders, and she has worked closely with and within top management across a consultancy firm, academia, and most recently as Deputy Director at the Royal Danish Library (Det Kgl. Bibliotek).
Her experience spans hands-on operational leadership as well as steering complex, geographically distributed organisations. Line also brings valuable consultancy experience from her time at Rambøll - giving her an excellent understanding of the advisory profession.

With seven years of senior leadership experience in the public sector, combined with earlier leadership roles in private consultancy, Line arrives with a unique blend of perspectives. We are confident - and she is too - that she will support our clients with credibility, insight, and depth as a sparring partner and leadership advisor in both recruitment and development processes.

Privately, Line is married to Henrik, who works as Managing Director of Urban Planning in Aarhus Municipality, and she is the mother of 17-year-old twins in upper-secondary school. The family lives in a townhouse in central Aarhus. Line has a deep passion for culture - books, music, film, and performing arts - and she was born and raised in Norway. Alongside working with both private and public clients, we may also see her collaborate across borders with our Norwegian colleagues and cross borders in our Nordic region.
