Lea Pegels

Lea based in our Stockholm office has been with Mercuri Urval since August 2021.

In her role as Executive Researcher, Lea supports the consultants with her research work in the delivery phase of a project. Although every day varies, some of the main tasks are to prepare the client meetings, gather and analyse relevant data regarding the company and assist in searching the suitable candidates according to the client’s needs.
