We are pleased to announce that Konstantin Schuster has joined our Main Office in Hamburg as Delivery Lead.
Konstantin brings a strong educational background in Psychology and assessments, combined with a passion for developing his skills in executive research. Konstantin has a master's degree from the Technical University of Dresden with a focus on Work, Organisational and Personnel Psychology. He has a particular interest in understanding our MU Leadership Assessments and is currently expanding his knowledge in research to ultimately drive business development and client relations in the foreseeable future.
Outside of his professional pursuits, Konstantin enjoys climbing in the Saxon Switzerland region and has experience working as a DJ. His conversations reveal his vibrant personality, openness, and curiosity, making him a wonderful addition to our Delivery Team. Konstantin is dedicated to fostering meaningful professional relationships and is eager to learn and grow in his role, contributing to our goals with enthusiasm and a dynamic approach.
