Nathalie Mazy is the Team Director of the French organisation. She started at Mercuri Urval in 2002 as Consultant, became Business Manager in Brussels in 2007 and Country Manager of Belgium in 2011. From 2020 to begin 2023, she led the global Associates Network. She holds an extensive experience in various sectors (private & public), mainly in the industry & services sector and more specifically in the Professional Services. She is an expert in executive search, assessment & development centres, 360°, team scan and leadership development programs.
Prior to 2002, she was Sales & Marketing Manager at ISS, an international Danish group active in Facility Management.
She is a member of the MU Sustainability Practice. She is a member of Guberna (Association of Board Members) and of Women on Board. Nathalie has an extensive experience in governance (board member of the Belgian Employment Federation, board member and vice president of two Non-Profit organisations).
She holds a master's degree in Economic and Social Sciences (University of Namur & University of Antwerp). She obtained the Guberna Board effectiveness certificate.
