Felix Facius is working with Mercuri Urval in Düsseldorf, Germany, since 2011. He was hired to contribute to Mercuri Urval's international business: Search & Selection for international companies in Germany, Executive Search for German industrial companies selling and/or manufacturing in South America and Asia. He furthermore acquired extensive experience in internal Capability Reviews and has performed numerous individual assessments in different countries.
Felix started his career as a recruitment consultant specialised on Procurement & Supply Chain with a global recruitment agency. He subsequently worked in International Sales with an online business selling domains and security certificates to resellers and end customers.
Master in International Management, studies in Germany, France and Argentina. Business languages are German, English, Spanish and French. Sound knowledge of Portuguese.
