Ralf Biele, based in Dresden, is specialised in the fields of management audit, executive assessment and coaching, leadership development and change management – working with individuals and teams. He is building up close relations with his clients and is giving strategic support to clients in East Germany. Typical clients are public companies and foreign investors from different industries.
After a Postdoc Fellowship and a task in the family business, Ralf joined Mercuri Urval in 1994 as a Management Consultant.
Ralf is a Member of the Board at Company WG "Glückauf" Süd Dresden e.G. and a Member of the Board at the trade association proDresden e.V.
Ralf earned a Dipl.-Gartenbauingenieur and a Ph.D. at Humboldt University Berlin. He is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) examined by the International Coach Federation.
