MU are pleased to announce that Morten Hatlem joins as a Senior Consultant in Norway. Morten brings a diverse background in strategy, organisational development, and business management. Morten has successfully led significant growth projects, scale-ups and consolidation efforts. He has a proven track record of building strong teams and implementing effective business concepts, along with years of experience in board work and stakeholder dialogue.
Morten holds an Executive master’s degree in management from BI Norwegian Business School and a Cand. Mag. degree in Comparative Politics and Economics from the University of Bergen. Before joining us, Morten served as the CEO for the intellectual property Law and Tech consultancy firm, Acapo Onsagers, where he led the company through remarkable growth. He has also held key leadership roles at the Norwegian Government bank, KBN – Kommunalbanken, the Norwegian National Security Authority (NSM) and the international media/tech companies Schibsted and Egmont.
