Nils Juncken is a Principal Consultant at MU based in Berlin. His consulting focus is filling executive and key role positions (including board members, managing directors, as well as division, department and branch managers) as a member of the MU Sector Groups for Building & Construction, Infrastructure, Real Estate and Public Sector.
Prior to joining MU, Nils has been working for 5 years at a large German HR consultancy firm, working as a Principal in the Building & Construction, Real Estate and Public Sector practice groups within the Executive Search division.
Since 2014, he has focused on successfully filling key and leadership positions across the entire value chain of the construction and real estate industry. He has experience with a wide range of client types (owner-managed clients, medium-sized and family-run companies, corporate groups, publicly traded and internationally active companies, cooperatives, public institutions, and municipal enterprises), in the intensive support of executive selection processes interviews and assessments, as well as in the detailed assessment of needs and the establishment of organisations and new locations.
Nils Juncken holds a diploma degree in Industrial Engineering (Brandenburg University of Technology Cottbus-Senftenberg) and is a certified project manager (IHK). He has been certified in Hogan Assessments since 2024.
Since 2023 Nils Juncken lives next to Berlin together with his family, before he has lived close to Hamburg for 10 years. He speaks German and English.
