Mercuri Urval (MU), a global leadership advisory and search firm, today announced that Kavya Paravastu has joined the firm’s India team as an Executive Researcher.
She brings extensive experience and passion in leadership hiring, talent consulting, and end-to-end recruitment across diverse industries. Prior to joining MU, Kavya worked with reputed executive search firms in India and has worked closely with business and HR leaders and successfully closing mandates for technical and non-technical roles.
Academically, she holds an MBA from the University of Sunderland in London and a Bachelor of Commerce from Bangalore University, along with several certifications in people analytics, project management, and accounting. Her background in NCC, volunteering initiatives, and college-level achievements further complements her well-rounded professional profile.
