Nicolas joined Mercuri Urval in 2013 with prior experiences in training consultancy and Executive Search. Shortly after joining, he took the lead of the Belgian team of Researchers. Today he serves as a Director at Mercuri Urval leading a team of Consultants, Delivery Leads and Researchers.
Nicolas supports local as well as international clients to reach extraordinary results via extraordinary people. His main focus is on Executive Search, Organisational & Leadership Development as well as Change Management. His primary sector focus lies mainly within the Industry and Professional Services sector.
Additionally, Nicolas serves as Board Member for a non-profit organisation, works intensely together with universities, is a member of several business clubs and regularly holds workshops, seminars and keynote speeches.
He holds a Master of Educational Psychology from the University of Leuven. He completed an executive one-year program in Human Resources Management at the Ehsal Management School and a program in Business Economics at the Solvay Business School.
