By helping clients secure the right leaders and improve the effectiveness of existing leaders, we help them outperform.
As an MU Ambassador, you are linked to leaders and are close to discussions on how to find, select, and develop people and organisations towards success. You are close to the MU value proposition and can leverage your network to connect with potential MU clients. When an introduction leads to a successful assignment, you receive a corresponding
fee.
If you are well-connected, commercially minded, and interested in creating value through introductions, we’d like to hear from you.
This role is open to professionals across industries — from business partners to candidates and industry leaders — who are motivated to represent MU within their networks.
Ambassadors operate as external partners and are not involved in day-to-day operations. As an Ambassador, you leverage your network to generate business leads to MU. These will typically be introductions of MU to potential clients, that MU will pursue and develop into assignments.
For every successful introduction that leads to an assignment for MU, you will receive a fee corresponding to a portion of the revenue generated. It’s a straightforward model built on shared success.
