Luc started at Mercuri Urval in 2007 working across sectors mainly within (international) SMEs and larger firms. He is working as a Senior Management Consultant and is specialised in the field of management consultancy for strategic HR business related challenges such as capability analysis and building, capability review, individual coaching and management team development programs, (international) recruitment & selection on a specialist/senior management/executive level. Furthermore, he works as a key account manager leading accounts on an international scale.

Luc is a co-starter of a local Belgian company in the multimedia/direct marketing databases/internet services market with roles as sales & marketing manager/human resources manager. Just prior to Mercuri Urval he gathered extensive consultancy experience working as a management consultant/knowledge manager in audits & implementations. He gained hereby expertise in the field of strategic human resources-, sales-, marketing-, communication-, knowledge management & general industrial organisation in all kinds of industries and b2b/b2c organisations as well as private and public. It made Luc aware that human capital, together with an outlined strategy within companies are the greatest factors for success as an organisation can only grow by managing & developing these elements all the time.

For years, Luc was active in the participation of professional networking activities such as Voka & VKW.

He helps and advises people on boards of non-profit and sports organisations.

He advised starting companies for 4 years as a coach with business plans in the context of their participation in Bizidee.

He holds an Engineer/Master's degree in Industrial Sciences technology campus of the University KUL. Started year courses in Applied Economics & Human Resources. He participated in a year program in the development of knowledge management for companies at the University VUB.
