Anja operates as a Consultant in Hamburg. Her main focus lies in in recruitment and selection projects of specialists and executives as well as in development assessments and analysis of leadership potential. Anja's sector experience lies in transport & logisitics, seafaring and consumer goods.
Before joining Mercuri Urval in 2015, Anja worked as a strategy consultant for SMEs and corporates groups with focus on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), management trainings and employer attractivness. Prior, as a research assistant she gained broad experience as a lecturer in corporate culture development, personnel motivation and other HR related classes.
Anja owns a PhD from Georg-August University in Goettingen in Business Administration with research focus on Corporate Culture Change and Sustainabiltiy. Before she finished her Diploma in Business Administration.
