Before joining Mercuri Urval, Yong Feng worked at different global firms and regional boutiques in Singapore and Shanghai. In his previous 8 years before his Executive Search career, he started his career in the technology industry as Engineer and later expanded to Technical Marketing, Business Consulting, and Business Management. With his experience in technology and management roles combined with his consulting experience, he works at a wide range of assignments through Engineering Head, CTO, VP Sales, Country GM, CFO, Supply Chain Head Asia, HR Head, etc. Yong Feng has been instrumental in helping his clients build value through talent acquisition and talent advisory in their organisation's capability development.
Yong Feng holds a Master's Degree in Microelectronics and Bachelor's Degree in Electronics. He also expanded his studies in Management and Finance related certificates.
