Emma Noguchi, based in Singapore, is a member of Mercuri Urval's industrial sector (including automation, manufacturing, logistics, chemical and technology) where she focuses on medium to large size international companies. Emma focuses on Executive Search and Selection, Leadership Assessment and Development Centres as well as organisation development (OD). Emma is also an executive coach certified by ICF.
Prior to joining Mercuri Urval, Emma served as an Asia-Pacific Regional Director for Publicis, one of the top communication & media companies. Throughout her career, Emma focused on growing her client's businesses, but now with a focal point on human capital and leadership development.
Emma is a member of the French Chamber of Commerce in Singapore and organises regular talks about women in leadership roles. She lived and worked for many years in Japan and France.
Emma has a Master's Degree in Law. She speaks fluent English, French and Japanese.
