Gro Reinertsen, is Partner and leads MU Norway. She is a global Executive Search Consultant identifying and selecting top performing leaders together with colleagues cross borders. She works predominantly with clients working as a force for the green infrastructure and energy systems of the future. Gro also works in sectors such as Institute/Research, Public, Industrial products and manufacturing.
Throughout most of her career, Gro has collaborated with boards, executive management, and leadership teams. She holds an Executive Master of Management from BI Norwegian Business School and a BSc in Physiotherapy at University of Brighton. Gro is an ICF-certified coach and coaches leaders and teams. She has extensive experience from teaching Coaching, Recruitment, Assessment and Leadership Development.
Gro is living in Bergen on the West Coast of Norway. She is very fond of engaging in outdoor activities such as hiking, cross country skiing, randonee skiing and kayaking. She also enjoys spending time with her friends and family.
