Maximilian Junck works at Mercuri Urval in Düsseldorf. He advises his clients, mostly medium-sized companies or larger business associations, in their digital transformation processes. Maximilian focuses on Executive Search projects as well as on talent and organisational development to help his clients gain a significant competitive edge.
Prior to Mercuri Urval, Maximilian has worked for two DAX-30 companies (BMW and thyssenkrupp), both pioneers in digital transformation. As a result, he knows very well the challenges organisations are facing today. His experience at thyssenkrupp AG includes also working abroad in Beijing, which enabled Maximilian to build international bridges at an early stage. The step into HR consultancy was the logical consequence of his studies in business psychology and informatics, which he has successfully completed with a Master of Science degree.
