Opal, based in our Shanghai office, has been with Mercuri Urval since October 2008.
In her role as Team Operations Coordinator, Opalorganises and administers our work with clients, candidates and partners. Although every day varies, some of the main tasks are to assist our Team Leaders to manage the office, book and coordinate assignments as well as support and administer client and market activities.
Furthermore, Opal has an additional responsibility connected to:
- Office management, including responsible for office administration work, IT contact and all phases of office routine, supporting and implementing company policies to guide the operation of the office.
- Financial support including in charge of invoicing and quarterly report, liaise with third-party accounting firm to help manage corporate accounting and tax for the business
- HR related topics including salary / social insurance scheme and calculation
- Data protection ensuring the highest quality is upheld in our processes and way of working
