Based in Shanghai, Leon Ma is a Delivery Lead consultant specialised in placements of Accountancy, Finance, Legal and HR professionals. Leon's clients consist of Domestic and International Manufacturing Companies, Energy Corporations and Consultancy Firms.
Prior to joining Mercuri Urval, Leon worked as a Senior Recruitment Consultant and Consultant for Brunel, Hays and David Walters Recruitment. Leon supported Companies including Shell, TOTAL, Castleton Commodities, Aditya Birla, etc.and successfully completed Recruitment, C&B Review, Employee Outplacement and Recruitment Process Improvement projects. From 2009 to 2017 Leon and his teams completed a number of Recruitment Projects in China, UK, Singapore and Dubai.
After completing his LLM Degree, Leon worked on part-time basis to support 2 Professional Services Firms in Shanghai. His main responsibilities included Reviewing Contracts and Business Development.
Leon acquired a Master's Degree in Maritime Law from Swansea University, and a Bachelor's Degree in Law from Hebei Geoscience University. He is fluent in Chinese Mandarin and English.
