Nathalie Mazy started at Mercuri Urval in 2002 as Consultant, in 2011 she became Business Director. She holds an extensive experience in various sectors (private & public), mainly in the industry & services sector and more specifically in the Healthcare & automotive sector. She is an expert in executive search, assessment & development centers, 360°, team development and leadership.
Prior to 2002 she was Sales & Marketing Manager at ISS, an international Danish group active in Facility Management.
She is member of Guberna (Association of Board Members) and of Woman on Board.
Nathalie is board member of Federgon (the Belgian Employment Federation) and vice president of a Non Profit organisation.
She holds a master degree in Economic and Social Sciences (University FNDP-Namur & UFSIA – Antwerp). She obtained the Guberna Board effectiveness certificate.
