Chloé specialises in search, selection and development of Executives and Top Managers. Passionate about technical and innovative environments and as a real business partner, Chloé supports her clients from industrial sectors in their challenges of growth and transformation by bringing to them the right leaders, with a particular focus in Heavy Machinery, Materials and Recycling.
She delivers Executive Search and Leadership Assessments for C-level positions, and top management positions leading Sales, Engineering, Operations and more corporate functions.
Before joining MU in 2017, Chloé worked for 5 years in one of the leading engineering firms in France. After a successful career stage in recruitment of technical experts and managers in the fields of industry, she took on managerial responsibilities and a cross-functional role on defining and implementing Talent Acquisition strategies.
Chloé has a master’s degree in Human Resources Management & Development from IGS-Paris (now IGENSIA) and is fluent in English.
