Davide has been working in Mercuri Urval Italy (Milan offices) since 2008. He is specialized in Recruitment & Selection and Assessment projects, both for national and international assignments. He has a strong experience in recruitment strategies and a deep knowledge of the manufacturing (especially automotive and industrial automoation), packaging, medical devices and building sectors. Since 2012 he has been working also for the Romanian market, where he has been directly in charge with R&S assignments in the building & construction, retail, packaging and industrial sectors.
Prior joining MU he had an experience with a local head hunting company based in Milan.
Davide works also as free lance journalist. He started his writing activities in 2006.
Master Degree in Human Resources and Marketing Psychology. Speaks native Italian and a fluent English. Good understanding of Romanian language.
