Yves Diant is specialised in Recruitment & Selection. His career allows him to contact companies in the private sector (in the industry & services) and private sector where he can bring his expertise in a local and international context.
Yves began his career on a diplomatic mission for the European Union where he gained the ability to build and strengthen trusted and long-term relationships in a complex (economical & political) context and multicultural environment. Driven by his commercial mindset he then worked for several years in the automotive industry as a business developer in the specific market of Diplomatic & Authority Sales in Belgium.
Convinced people are part of the growth of a company and that a clear vision of the management is key, Yves decided to join Mercuri Urval where he can advise companies in a strong partnership.
He studied Political Science and International relations at ULB (Université libre de Bruxelles).
