Henriette von Essen-Leise, based in Copenhagen, is a member of Mercuri Urval's public sector team where she focuses on NGOs, unions/associations, municipalities and state companies and organisations. Henriette focuses on Executive Search and Recruitment and serves as a management advisor working with Leadership Assesment, Development and Coaching, Change Management, Organisational Development and Group Management Development.
Prior to joining Mercuri Urval, Henriette served as a member of the management board as Head of Communications & Fundraising at Børns Vilkår and has altogether worked for 10 years within the NGO sector with management, communications, marketing, policy, partnerships, commercial activities and with strategic, commercial and organisational development. Previously, Henriette has worked for private and public companies on strategic, financial and operating issues and as an advisor to the management.
Henriette is Network Manager in the network group "Strategic Management" at Lederne and a regular participant in Ledernes consultancy group to guide and help start-up companies.
Henriette earned an MA in Professional Communication (MPC) at the University of Roskilde and is certified as an executive coach.
