With over 20 years consulting experience, Nicola Morgan has led and supported consulting projects for Mercuri Urval across Europe, United States of America, Asia Pacific and Oceania. She relocated from London to Sydney in 2005 and her consulting career has been focused on helping clients define and implement strategies to enhance individual and team performance with a particular emphasis on Leadership Development and Business Coaching.
Supporting both Singapore and Australian markets, Nicola has worked extensively across IT / Telecom, Pharmaceutical, Energy, Retail, Manufacturing, Finance & Professional Services sectors. She has been actively involved in the design and delivery of Executive level Assessment and Talent Advisory programmes, Leadership, Team and Talent management workshops. She has also led for many Executive Search and Professional Recruitment and Selection projects throughout Europe, Asia Pacific and Australia.
Nicola's career started in retail operational management with one of the Europe's largest healthcare companies where she was responsible for the business development and profitability of retail stores in the UK and overseas. Nicola then became a member of the executive leadership team in a division of a FTSE250 global electronics manufacturer responsible for strategic resourcing, training and organisational strategies in the UK and US.
