Manuela Schuster, based in Munich, is a member of Mercuri Urval's Board and Executive Group. She supports international clients like Allianz, European Patent Office, T-Systems, etc. Manuela focuses on Talent Advisory Services, Management Diagnostics, Assessment and Development Solutions, Business Coaching and Executive Search.
Prior to joining Mercuri Urval, Manuela Schuster was the Global Head of Learning & Development of Infineon Technologies AG. Manuela was previously manager at the German National Merit Foundation. Meanwhile, she has gained more than 25 years of professional experience in leadership functions – always related to HR.
Manuela Schuster is Member of the Hephaistos Coaching Centre. She is a certified coach and change consultant. In addition, Manuela occasionally holds lectures on potential diagnostics, coaching, people development etc.
Manuela Schuster earned a Diploma in Economics at the University of Bonn, Germany and a certificate in Management of Non-Profit-Organisations from the University in New Paltz, USA.
