Based in Brussels, Yves Diant is an Engagement Manager and Delivery Team Leader for Belgium, Netherlands, and France, combining leadership of delivery resources across the Benelux and France with the management of Executive Search and Leadership Advisory assignments for senior executives and C-suite leaders across professional services and public sector environments.
Previously, he was Special Markets & Diplomatic Sales Consultant in the automotive sector where he drove business development with diplomatic and institutional clients, led multi-team commercial activity, and operated in a highly relationship-driven and international environment.
Yves started his career in a diplomatic mission to the European Union and developed expertise in navigating complex stakeholder environments. He holds a Master’s degree in Political Science – International Relations from ULB and completed Executive Education at Solvay Brussels School.
