Growing up in a household with parents working in healthcare, I was inspired by their work and the significance of meaningful dialogue. This influence led me to pursue a career in healthcare as a physiotherapist, where I focused on advising individuals to unlock their motivation and drive results. To further deepen my understanding of human behaviour, I pursued a Master of Management, which complements my background in physiotherapy.
At MU, this educational background finds its purpose. As an advisor, I provide insights to both our clients and candidates on making informed choices for their organisations and personal growth. It’s about fostering connections and understanding the intricacies of human behaviour, which ultimately enriches my contributions to our clients’ success.

Our coaching programs maintain the highest international standards, being certified externally through the International Coaching Federation (ICF), with renewal every three years. I have proudly been a certified coach in MU since 2014 and have also contributed to training my colleagues during their coaching education, further enhancing our team’s capabilities.
