From a young age, I have always been curious about others, enjoying listening, engaging in conversations, collaborating, and achieving results together. Growing up in a household with parents working in healthcare, I was inspired by their work and the significance of meaningful dialogue. This influence led me to pursue a career in healthcare as a physiotherapist, where I focused on advising individuals to unlock their motivation and drive results. To further deepen my understanding of human behaviour, I pursued a Master of Management, which complements my background in physiotherapy.
At MU, this educational background finds its purpose. As an advisor, I provide insights to both our clients and candidates on making informed choices for their organisations and personal growth. It’s about fostering connections and understanding the intricacies of human behaviour, which ultimately enriches my contributions to our clients’ success.
In this role, I can merge my curiosity with my expertise, driving impactful outcomes through authentic engagement and reliable advice. Being a part of MU allows me to continually support leadership effectiveness and organisational success while also embracing the values I hold dear in my professional journey, such as kindness, generosity, courage and collaboration.

I have had the opportunity to develop myself as a consultant and leader in MU. I started my journey as a consultant and later combined that role with leading MU Norway and Denmark. I feel both proud and grateful for the chance to develop my leadership skills across different countries, embracing diverse challenges and perspectives.
In addition, I have further enriched my capabilities by undergoing specialised coaching training. Our coaching programs maintain the highest international standards, being certified externally through the International Coaching Federation (ICF), with renewal every three years. I have proudly been a certified coach in MU since 2014 and have also contributed to training my colleagues during their coaching education, further enhancing our team’s capabilities.

I am particularly proud of the recruitment processes in which we have acted as trusted advisors for top executive roles across both private and public organisations.
