Do you want to start your own consulting business?

• Supported by ERA Group’s proven business model, you will develop your own consultancy on an independent basis while leveraging an internationally recognized brand, methodology, and support structure. An initial investment through a franchise license agreement is required to join the network.
• Together with fellow partners, you will develop new client relationships and manage existing accounts. You will analyse cost optimization opportunities, identify profit improvement levers, and implement supplier solutions under the best possible market conditions.
• You will work on projects both independently and in close collaboration with local and international colleagues (1,000+ professionals globally), each specialized in specific expense categories. You will rely on proprietary tools, benchmarking intelligence, and the extensive expertise of the ERA network.
• As part of the Belgian team, you will work with large and mid-sized companies, public institutions, and international organizations, advising primarily on non-strategic operating expenses and procurement optimization.

Profile

Business Developer – Project / Client Manager – Expense & Project Analyst

• You are a senior professional with at least 10 years of experience in one or more relevant domains. You are motivated to run your own consulting business under the ERA Group brand. Previous consulting experience is not required; professional credibility, entrepreneurial drive, and relationship skills are key.

You recognize yourself in one or more of the following three roles:

(1) Business Developer

You bring strong commercial acumen and an established professional network.
You are able to:

• Develop C-level relationships
• Originate consulting opportunities
• Build long-term client partnerships
• Structure and negotiate consulting mandates

(2) Project / Client Manager

You act as the strategic interface between the client and the delivery team.
You are responsible for:

• Executive stakeholder management
• Coordinating project delivery
• Monitoring implementation progress
• Ensuring savings realization
• Guaranteeing client satisfaction

(3) Expense & Project Analyst

You bring analytical depth and functional expertise in specific cost areas such as:

• Procurement & Supply Chain
• IT & Telecommunications
• Energy & Utilities
• Logistics & Freight
• Facilities & Operations
• Finance & Administration

You are able to:

• Conduct cost diagnostics
• Benchmark suppliers
• Identify optimization levers
• Support implementation
• Quantify financial impact

An ERA partner often combines these three dimensions, with either a stronger commercial or operational orientation. As this is a franchise opportunity, you are willing to invest in your consultancy and have the financial capacity to support the start-up phase during the first year.
