With over 30 years of business experience, including 11 years in Executive Search and C-suite recruitment, Farouk will play a pivotal role at MU, focusing on Executive Search and Leadership Advisory.
Farouk began his leadership journey as an Executive Associate at United Pan Europe Communications, part of Liberty Global (TV/Tel/@), before moving on to become Sales Director for France at another web company, where he successfully managed larger sales teams. Farouk has explored all facets of the sales director role, particularly its human component. The excellent results that have characterised his career clearly demonstrate his ability to identify the challenges of a motivated and effective sales force. He is also firmly convinced of the importance of matching the right person to the right job. His expertise spans multiple industries, including Technology, Engineering, Retail, Travel, and Construction. Clients appreciate his commitment to problem-solving, responsiveness, honesty, flexibility, and the high added value of his advice.
In addition to his professional achievements, Farouk enjoys playing chess and practising self-defence. He is also actively involved in two associations that build schools in Madagascar.
