At MU Denmark, we are experiencing strong demand for our services and advice. To meet this, we are expanding our consultant team and are delighted to welcome Anne Frost. Anne will be part of our Danish team, based at our Aarhus office on Aarhus Ø.
As an independent consultant in her own company, Annefrost.com, Anne has built extensive experience in leadership, strategic communication, knowledge sharing, and employer branding. She has worked across the entire organisational and employee journey – from attraction and development to retention – with a keen eye for how strong leadership is essential for organisational success. Anne is a recognised expert in employer branding and employee advocacy, and she shares her broad expertise in her podcast series Digital Øjenkontakt (Digital Eye Contact).
“Anne brings a unique combination of leadership advisory insight and hands-on consulting experience in developing organisations from within. She will support both our public and private clients in attracting and developing the right leaders and employees. She will also play a key role in our larger employer branding projects,” says Carsten Gløvermose Nielsen, Group Director and Team Leader, MU Denmark.
