Sofia Hjort Lönegård joined MU in 2019 and has been part of the MU leadership team since 2020.
Her mission is to ensure that MU is an iconic brand known for its science-based and inclusive leadership recruitment and advisory services.
She has a background in marketing, internal communication, leadership communication and employee engagement working at marketing agencies and multinational companies for almost 20 years.
Sofia holds a Bachelor's Degree in Social Science and a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) from Lund University, in 2008.
Sofia is of Swedish nationality but is based in Zurich, Switzerland.
