Karl-Johan Kronberg, Executive Vice President and member of our Central Management team, has been with Mercuri Urval since 1996. He is based in Helsinki.
Karl-Johan´s focus is to lead assigned teams, secure growth within our business model and strength as well as implement our standards and systems.
Since he joined Karl-Johan has been a Consultant, Team Leader, Head of International Business, Board Member and General Manager. KJ has also been responsible for many important development projects for our company. Still active with clients he specialises in the fields of Executive Search, Capability Review, Organisational Development and International Business.
Prior to joining Mercuri Urval, Karl-Johan worked in public sector and IT. He served the Provincial Government as System Manager and the Ministry of Interior in large IT development projects.
Karl-Johan has held several board positions in Mercuri Urval. He has also been Board Member for the Finnish Executive Search Firms' Association FEX.
He has a Master's degree in Social Sciences and Politics from University of Helsinki.
