Oliver has an extensive track record in executive and professional search in various industries. For more than a decade, he has successfully filled a vast number of key and management positions. Oliver brings valuable expertise, a strong network and industry knowledge to our team. As a former Bundeswehr officer with relevant and solid experience in the defence sector, he also strengthens our expertise in the defence industry.
In his role at the DRSP Group, he worked as a Principal Consultant for various industries in the DACH region. In his previous role at the Vater Group, he successfully established and expanded a new business unit in the field of Executive and Professional Search from scratch. As a former naval officer in the German Armed Forces, Oliver has a keen eye for the needs and challenges of the defence industry. In addition, Oliver has a passion for Leadership Advisory and its integration in the search process. He has made a leading contribution to the introduction and implementation of assessment tools for his former employers.
