Amie McMullin, consultant out of the Washington, D.C. office, currently focuses on executive assessment and coaching, transition management, succession, and organizational change. Beginning in the field of organization development in 1992, she has worked with people from many functions and industries to effect positive change. Amie's approach to leadership development and organization development is evidence-based, to cultivate capabilities and realize sustainable results.
Amie has helped clients with leading change, process consultation, competency model development, and talent management. She has facilitated workshops and interventions, coached senior leaders and executives (individuals and groups), administered assessments and calibrations, and created success profiles and succession plans.
Amie has served on local non-profit boards and supports a regional youth leadership program.
Amie holds an MS in Organization Development and Training. She has Masters certificates from Columbia University in Executive and Organizational Coaching and from Cornell University in Leading Organizational Change.
