Ole Petter Bratteberg is located in Oslo, but is also responsible for our office in Ålesund. He is member of the Norwegian management team in Mercuri Urval. His main responsibilities are Executive Search, Recruitment/ Assessment (both in private an public sector) and Leadership Development.
Prior to joining Mercuri Urval in 2005, Ole Petter held a number of management positions in both Public and Private Sector. Among other things, he worked six years as a Product Manager (HSE) in an Insurance Company. Before that he was Director (HSE) and Head of Social Services - in a large Municipality.s
Ole Petter has good knowledge of the relationships between political and administrative management, and the challenges in Public Sector in Norway. He has extensive experience in analysis, restructuring / change processes and organizational development in both the private and public sectors
Ole Petter earned a BSc in social work and holds an academic education in business economy. He has later completed additional qualifications in organizational development, HSE and leadership.
