Martien de Groot, based in Rotterdam, The Netherlands (started 2004), focuses on performing Assessment Centers, Leadership Assessments, Coaching and other Development activities (workshops, training, orientation programs) with international customers in the public and private sector. Typical clients (account management) are Omron Europe and Olympus and (performance) European Commission, European Patent Office, Hartmann, Allianz and Osram. Martien is a certified ICF coach.
Prior to joining Mercuri Urval, Martien served as a Sales Director National Clients of Aspa B.V. (later Corporate Express). As a member of the Management Team Martien focused, next to the sales responsibilities, on training and developing sales people, organisational structurs and quality control within sales.
Martien earned a masters degree in Business Economics (Marketing & Market Research) and a Post Masters Executive degree in Auditing. Currently Martien engaged himself in studying Psychology.
