Marcel L'Herminez joined Mercuri Urval in September 2017 and has extensive experience in Automotive, Industry, Transport & Logistics, Hi-Tech, Healthcare, Education and Public sector. He is specialized in Executive Search, Assessment Centers, Capability reviews and Talent advisory.
After managing several Business Operations ranging from 10 to 6000 employees at DAF Trucks and Randstad for nearly two decades, Marcel L'Herminez became an Entrepreneur and spend 12 years running a successful Assessment and Talent advisory agency with a focus on all of the sectors mentioned above.
He strongly beliefs that by analysing organisations and their markets, he can support organisations to improve the performance of executive teams and align them with their company strategy. He is convinced that people determine the success of an organisation.
Marcel does pro-bono work as a JobRotary Coach and supports several initiatives in battling illiteracy. In 2012 he was awarded the "illiteracy prize" by HRH Princess Laurentien.
Marcel L'Herminez earned a master degree in Business Economics at the Erasmus School of Management in Rotterdam and speaks fluent Dutch and English and professional French and German.
