Sanja is one of the Talent Advisory experts working in the Helsinki office. She has worked as a consultant in Mercuri Urval since 2008 and has been a member of Mercuri Urval Group's International Business Office since 2015. She has managed large-scale global projects and is skilled at tailoring solutions that truly match our clients' needs. She has an extensive experience also in recruitment, Executive Search and assessments.
Before joining Mercuri Urval Sanja worked in the Telecom sector for 11 years. Her last role there was Project Manager for international roaming services. Sanja has in 2019 also worked a half-a-year in the real-estate sector in an in-house HR role with a focus on leadership development.
Sanja holds the ICF certificate in Coaching and her passion is supporting people's personal and professional growth. She does a lot of coaching and mentoring also in sports, where she has educated herself as a mental coach.
Sanja has a Master's degree in Economics and Business Administration. She studied for her degree completely in English and majored in International Business. Part of her studies she performed in Sweden, so she can also carry on a conversation in Swedish.
