THIS PARTICULAR CASE INVOLVED A FINNISH SOFTWARE COMPANY. THEY’RE A LONG-TIME CLIENT USING US FOR MANY DIFFERENT SERVICES OVER A SIX-YEAR RELATIONSHIP, AND WE HAVE HELPED THEM GROW A LOT OVER THE YEARS. OUR PROJECTS INCLUDE HELPING WITH ALMOST ALL OF THE MANAGEMENT GROUP SELECTIONS, RANGING FROM RECRUITMENT TO SELECTION.
OUR RECENT PROJECT INVOLVED SUPPORTING THE DACH AND BENELUX MARKETS, BUILDING THEIR INTERNATIONAL BASES AND OFFICES THROUGH EXECUTIVE SEARCHES. THEY NEEDED TO BOOST THE BUSINESS BY ESTABLISHING COUNTRY-SPECIFIC OFFICES WITH THEIR COUNTRY MANAGERS. FOR EXAMPLE, THE BENELUX MARKETS WERE CRITICAL TO THEM, AND THEY NEEDED TO GET BEYOND THE “PARTNER MODEL” ALREADY ESTABLISHED IN THE COUNTRY.

WE DID THE BRIEF, AND THE PROFILE DOCUMENTATION WAS SENT BACK TO THE CLIENT FOR FEEDBACK AND ADJUSTMENTS.
