My career has never been driven by a strict plan or a carefully calculated path. Instead, it has been shaped by a genuine curiosity about different industries, companies, and people. I have always valued variety in my work and the feeling that I am learning something new every day. Perhaps that is what led me, more than 20 years ago, into sales roles and responsibilities across a range of industries.
That same curiosity and desire for meaningful work ultimately brought me to MU. What attracted me was the opportunity to do work that truly matters — both for candidates and for companies and organisations. Helping clients make important leadership decisions and supporting individuals in pivotal moments of their careers gives real purpose to what we do. That is what continues to motivate me.

For me personally, a big part of the appeal is also the people. When I think about the highlights of my career, I do not immediately think of one single major milestone. For me, the greatest success is that I joined MU to do this work — and that I continue to do it with commitment and energy.
Anyone who joins our business quickly understands that the first year can be challenging. This is a role where activity in sales is essential, and where building momentum takes persistence. I feel proud that I have succeeded in that environment and built a foundation that has allowed me to continue growing in the role.
What gives me the motivation to keep going is the feedback I receive from clients and candidates. Knowing that our work has been valuable and hearing directly that we have helped create the right match or support an important decision is deeply rewarding. Those moments are what make the work meaningful and keep the motivation strong.
