We are pleased and proud to announce that Mia Persson Larsen will be joining our Copenhagen office as a consultant on 15 April 2026. Mia joins us from a position as Chief Advisor at the Danish Defence, where she has also held team leadership responsibilities.
Mia is driven by strengthening leadership capability and creating high performance – particularly in environments characterised by high demands, fast pace and significant complexity. She has more than 12 years of experience in organisational development, talent management and leading transformations within the emergency management sector. In recent years, she has worked within the Danish Defence, where she has worked closely with senior leadership to drive strategic business development and leadership development.
With a master’s degree in organisational psychology and a background in elite sports, Mia combines a deep understanding of performance under pressure with extensive experience in developing teams in high-intensity environments. She works with responsibility, integrity and courage as key drivers of results-creating leadership.
