Hanne Pihl, Executive Vice President and member of our Central Management team, has been with Mercuri Urval since 1989. Hanne is based in Copenhagen.
Hanne´s focus is to lead assigned teams, secure growth within our business model and strength as well as implement our standards and systems.
Hanne has had many roles over time, Consultant, GPAM, Head of International Business, Board Member, General Manager and now Central Manager. She is an experienced people leader, senior consultant and account manager who has managed consultant teams and clients locally, regionally and globally.
Before joining Mercuri Urval Hanne worked as a teacher in Social Sciences and Music.
Hanne has held several board positions within Mercuri Urval as Chairman and member of some local boards, primarily in the Nordic Region. Hanne is a passionate public speaker and speaks regularly about diversity, values and people at conferences and external seminars.
Hanne holds a Teacher's degree in Social Sciences and Music.
